Atlanta Jan. 23, 2008—The Housing Institute, Inc. had its second annual Certified Professional Home Builder (CPHB) Professionalism Awards on Jan. 22, 2008 at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel at Cobb Galleria in Atlanta. The 100% Customer Recommendation Award is based on recommendations from the builder’s home buyers. The builders who have won this award have a 100 percent recommendation rate from their home buyers, indicating that the home buyer would recommend their builder to a friend or family member 100 percent of the time. Recommendation rate is one of the highest ratings measured to indicate customer satisfaction by the GuildQuality survey.
